As a nonprofit staff member, you know how important it is to be inclusive with your hiring. However, when your time is stretched thin, immediate needs take precedence, and fires need to be put out, it can be difficult to prioritize trying out new hiring practices.

CEDAM's four-week, interactive practicum will take your hiring practices to the next level. You'll work with CEDAM staff and a cohort of peers to dive deep into inclusive hiring concepts and explore tools that also increase your efficiency. By dedicating 2 hours a week, you'll take away attainable action steps to improve your hiring plans.

This series is four 2-hour sessions and will take place on August 7, 14, 21, 28 at 2pm. Registration includes all four sessions and will close on July 30.
