Course Description
This presentation examines the portrayal of prosecutors in movies, exploring the question of whether Hollywood has ever depicted a prosecutor as the "hero." Through selected scenes, the presentation also highlights some of the most important ethical rules that prosecutors must follow. These scenes provide a variety of scenarios that give context to the Rules of Professional Conduct and how they can crop up in the daily job of a prosecutor.
