Over the last decade, educational institutions have seen changes in many formats, from structure to delivery modes. These changes became visible and inevitable after the Coronavirus (COVID-19) spread across the globe, especially when it was declared a pandemic.
To control the spread of the deadly contagious virus, most of the countries introduced lockdowns or movement restrictions. These restrictions impacted nearly all the industries, businesses, and organisations, including educational institutions. This drastic change came with opportunities, as well as, challenges particularly faced by the education sector. The present talk, therefore, focuses on highlighting some of the opportunities and challenges, both for the perspective of providers and seekers of education.
