After a year of navigating challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, community associations have started to return to normal. Join us for this program as our speakers discuss the following:


  • What to consider when reopening the pool, clubhouse and other amenities
  • Reviewing pool reopening guidelines and safety protocols for your community
  • Conducting HOA business and meetings post-covid
  • Delinquencies and the ability for HOAs to move forward with collections
  • Lessons learned from the pandemic


PLEASE NOTE: This is a HYBRID program meaning it will be offered in-person and streamed (live) on Zoom.


IN-PERSON: Due to county guidelines, we have a limited number of seats available! Business Partner exhibits and lunch will be hosted outdoors. The presentation will be held indoors. A mask/face covering must be worn and social distancing guidelines will be implemented. If you experience symptoms related to Covid-19, please stay home.


VIRTUAL: The presentation will be held live on Zoom from Noon-1:10 pm. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you two days prior to the webinar. The presentation will be recorded so if you are unable to join us at noon, the recorded link will be emailed to you 7 days after the program.
