Steinar Hoel Korsmo is a serial entrepreneur and business angel. He is the founder of Seed Forum Global which he has built to become a global network organization within entrepreneurship, seed, and venture capital, he has been in charge of more than 130 bilateral donor projects in many African countries, South America, East Europe, and the Balkans.

During more than 20 years he has traveled the world as one of the world’s most forefront pitch-trainers conducting pitch trainings and pitch-forums for more than 10.000 start-ups and investors in more than 50 countries worldwide. He co-founded iHUB, which is currently one of the biggest networks in East Europe of co-working stations for entrepreneurs in Ukraine and Moldova.



He is considered an innovation influencer in several countries, and he is decorated with the Knights Cross of the “Falcon of Iceland” by the President of Iceland for his efforts for global innovation. He has also received the medal “Golden Scythian Pectoral” from the Ukrainian International Chamber of Commerce for his efforts for the Ukrainian start-up community. During the last 15 years, he has been a key person in the evolvement of the Ukrainian innovation system.

Stoyan Yankov is an internationally recognized productivity coach, book author, podcaster, and global keynote speaker. Born in Bulgaria and initially working in the film production industry in Denmark, Stoyan has built expertise in mastering productivity to help others to improve their performance. He has worked with various startups, accelerators & incubators, and other companies in over 30 countries.

Since 2012, Tal has founded 20+ startup accelerators worldwide and mentored dozens, which gained him recognition as a GURU in establishing national startup's ecosystems, building accelerators, hubs, and tech incubators. Throughout the years, Tal has conducted nearly 80 cohorts, graduating over 1,000 startups from his accelerators and his extensive career roadmap consists of milestones in 30+ countries worldwide.

Tal is a TEDx & Forbes speaker, and podcaster, where he shares his professional toolbox, motivating and inspiring entrepreneurs globally.
Tal is also a marketing, sales and business development expert, training and mentoring C-level managers in medium and big companies, corporates and governmental ministries. He has been actively involved in building startup ecosystems globally, offering his expertise and mentoring to governments, municipalities, universities, innovation authorities, SMB agencies, and the private sector as well as to accelerators and startups.
