Topic: Building Frustration Tolerance: Thriving in the Learning Space

As change practitioners, we've attended and studied a lot about resiliency and how we can increase our resiliency during times of change. In this session, we're going to explore the Learning Space and build strategies to increase our frustration tolerance to deepen learning, build our confidence, and strengthen our relationships.

About Our Speaker:

Ann Marie started her career in Learning and Development over 30 years ago as a software application trainer and expanded her career to professional skills and leadership development training. Ann Marie's career continued to expand as she took on responsibilities in organizational development, performance management, and change management.

Ann Marie has worked in the corporate, public, and not-for-profit industries and seeks out organizations that build strong communities focused on inclusion and belonging.

Ann Marie has four grown children and enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling in her free time. Her most recent expedition was to Iceland with her 19-year-old daughter and this year she's looking forward to traveling to South Africa with her partner, Henry.
