Ms. Salonga is a Senior Associate of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Group.

Ms. Salonga graduated in 2008 from the Ateneo Law School among the top twenty students of her graduating class and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. She earned her Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2012.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Salonga served as a Court Attorney at the Supreme Court, and as a Director at the Office of the President.

Ms. Salonga acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters for initial public offering and follow-on offering. She advised clients on concerns regarding employee’s stock option. She contributed to international memorandum on shareholding disclosure and investment limitation regimes for the Philippines, and on international memorandum on pre-insolvency enforceability of derivative transactions for the Philippines.

Ms. Salonga is a member of the Quezon City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Philippine-Australian Alumni Association, and the Movement Against Disinformation.

Manong Joe, as he is fondly called, spearheads the corporate communications team of the Philippines’ biggest electricity distributor, MERALCO. Under his supervision, Meralco made a HISTORIC THREE-PEAT COMPANY OF THE YEAR at the IABC Philippine Quill Awards—a first in the awards show’s history. Meralco is also the only company to have won the said title four times, simultaneously bagging two top awards for communication skills and research - a testament to the company’s strength in business communication excellence.

In the 20th Philippine Quill Awards, Meralco emerged as one of the top companies after winning
28 Excellence and Merit trophies—the most number of awards among entrant companies, consequently bagging the Company of the Year 1st Runner-up award.

Under his supervision, the team won the FIRST AND ONLY PR TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD at the Anvil Awards—dubbed as the “Oscars of PR”, conferred by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.

Joe has also led the country to win numerous international awards in PR and communications, via Meralco campaigns.

Apart from being the current Chairman of International Association of Business Communicators Philippines, Joe serves as Board Trustee of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.

LOUIE is an experienced communication and public relations executive with proven success in developing and implementing public relations, public information, and marketing campaigns especially crisis communication strategies for multiple channels across various stakeholder touch points.

She has more than 25 years of combined exposure in corporate communications, integrated marketing, media relations, and communication research in the government and the private sectors. Currently, she is the Managing Director of BBComm of PAGEONE and concurrent Executive Director of Advocacy Partners Asia Inc.

Louie is current Auditor of PRSP and has also served as Vice President-Internal and Chairperson of ANVIL Awards for two years. She introduced the use of rubrics and three-tiered judging of ANVIL entries. This year, Louie initiated fellowship of APRs which will pave the way for improving the APR conferment program.

She has an MA degree in Communication from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. In 2016, she was the class valedictorian of the SSS Middle Management Development Program conducted by the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She finished her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Norman is Chairman and CEO of Grupo Agatep, a reputation management and marketing communication agency that is among the most awarded in Philippine public relations.

A lifetime member of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), he has twice served the PRSP board as its president and was recently Chairman of its 31st National PR Congress. Norman has also been president of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP), chairman of the Ad Standards Council (ASC), and a two-term chairman of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of the Philippines (4As). Norman sits on the board of the Global Alliance for PR and Communication Management, the confederation of the world's major PR and communication management associations and institutions, representing over 360,000 practitioners, academics and students across 126 countries worldwide.

Norman is a lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University, teaching Strategic Planning and Public Relations to students of the Communication Department. He is a recipient of the 2017 CEO Excel Award given by the International Association of Business Communicators or IABC Philippines. Outside work, he is an award-winning record producer.

Deivid Rioferio manages TrustBridge's global Partnerships and Collaboration in Making Global Giving Easy.

TrustBridge Global Foundation is the first donor-advised fund to be truly global. As a foundation with collaborative relationships around the world, it can professionally manage and deploy charitable giving to all corners of the world.

He was previously Public Affairs Manager at World Vision, the largest child-focused global humanitarian organization in both the Philippines and worldwide. He led public relations initiatives to strategically position the organization as a key influencer, collaborator, and relationship builder with key stakeholders.

He established its first-ever podcast Usapang Makabata, a Winner for Excellence in Executive Communications, and Runner-Up for Trailblazing Technical Brand Communications in Comm-Unity Recognition Awards 2024 of World Vision South Asia and Pacific.

For a decade at PLDT-Smart, the country’s largest fully integrated telecommunications company, he spearheaded Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in technology for education that garnered local and international recognition.

Deivid previously held the position of Special Senior Lecturer and served as a thesis adviser for Mass Communication and Public Relations courses at state university Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

In 2021, he established the digital advocacy platform CSR INSIGHTS, dedicated to showcasing corporate social responsibility, humanitarian, and development programs, with the aim of inspiring others to do good. The platform is recognized as a Force for Good by Citizens Xchange, the public service arm of DNX News.

He anchors the current affairs program “Insights And Perspectives” and writes for “Moving Forward” on The New Channel. Previously, he co-anchored the public service programs “Tech For Every Juan” and “Usapang Bata, Atbp.” on DZRJ Radio, TV, and Online.

Deivid is an active member of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, the nation's leading organization for PR professionals. Within the society, he consistently serves as a member of the board of jurors/selectors for the prestigious Anvil Awards.

Recently, he was elevated to the rank of Accredited in Public Relations (APR). The APR is a globally recognized title that is conferred by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines upon members who have demonstrated extensive experience, exceptional competence, and a steadfast commitment to the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards in public relations practice.
