Event Details

PACDC's Commercial Corridor Working Group is made up of our member organizations and partners working to advance neighborhood economic development in Philadelphia. We meet monthly to share information and resources, learn from what our peer organizations are doing, and identify opportunities for collaboration and collective advocacy.

In June, PACDC's Commercial Corridor Working Group will be hosted by the Lancaster Avenue 21st Century Business Association CDC (LA21) at the Container Village - a unique, community-based retail market that houses 20 retail storefronts made out of shipping containers. Attendees will hear from LA21 about their role in supporting the Container Village businesses, and will meet several of the business owners who are participating. PACDC and LA21 will provide some light refreshments, a sampling of food from vendors at the Container Village. Attendees will also have the opportunity to shop at the Container Village storefronts and network with each other.
