The CBA have a Next Chapter team who provide trauma informed support to anyone (with any bank) experiencing domestic and family violence, financial abuse or problem gambling.
This session is focused on:
Who the Next Chapter team are
What help or support they provide people who call
How your organisation can offer Next Chapter support to the local community that you help/support
This session by the Commonwealth Bank is a relatively short overview of this program (for around 1/2 hour) followed by an opportunity to get to know the employees of this bank department and time allowed to ask any questions you may have on any particular issues. Please come along and be prepared to engage and ask any questions.
