Speaker : Ms Nur Nur Adilah Mohamad (Dilah) is a Senior Manager with the Professional Learning and Programme Development Branch at the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

The Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), revised in 2023, guides educators in enhancing centre-based care and education for children from birth to three years in Singapore. It emphasises child-centric approaches and provides principles for planning and facilitating learning experiences that promote children's holistic development.

The EYDF Educators' Guide (EG), released in April 2025, illustrates how the principles, educators' roles, and developmental goals connect with Outcomes of the Early Years. Using local examples, it promotes collaborative reflective practice and inquiry among educators and other professionals.

This session will explore how educators can use the EG to implement EYDF key concepts and enhance their centres' early years programmes.
