In 2013-2014, I facilitated & trained faculty members in the "Service Culture" track of the Service Management Program, an industry-designed program initiated by IBPAP- IT Business Process Association of the Philippines, and funded by CHED - Commission on Higher Education which aims to reinforce the competencies & skills of students in SUCs and HEIs who are enrolled in business administration (BA) and information technology (IT) courses, to improve student's chance of success in pursuing a career in the IT-Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry.
