VCN is a facilitator of strategic action, a resource for Network Partners statewide, and a constant conservation presence in Virginia’s Capitol. Playing a unique role in Virginia’s conservation community, VCN helps the community speak with one coordinated voice. The organization and its staff focus on strengthening the conservation community as a whole and winning environmental victories that benefit all Virginians.

The Virginia Conservation Network (VCN)'s annual Conservation Lobby Day is your chance to lobby with fellow advocates in your district for environmental action that matters most to you.

Join us as we kick off this year's annual Conservation Lobby Day at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Wednesday, Jan. 22nd. Attend lobby meetings with your legislators and fellow advocates throughout the morning. Then, we will wrap up at St. Paul's to recap a day well spent and plan our next steps.

Kickoff & Morning Program

Join us for coffee and breakfast as legislators kick off the day.

8:45 AM - 11:00 AM

Legislator-Constituent Meetings

In-person lobby meetings will be held at the General Assembly Building throughout the morning. You are welcome to join us back at St. Paul’s Episcopal between your meetings to meet up with your district teams and to pick up your registration materials if needed.

11:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Lunch & Debrief

We will come back together to enjoy lunch and debrief our day of advocacy.
