Michael Whyte has 25 years of experience at American Express, Mike has led teams in Customer Service, Business Engineering, Global Business Travel, and Customer Engagement within American Express. Originally from Ireland, Mike held several international roles before moving to the Philippines in January 2018. He is also currently Vice President for the company’s Customer Engagement Network in Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Mike is also the Executive Sponsor of the company’s LGBT+ colleague network in Manila.

Anna Tatlonghari is President of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI), and has 20 solid years’ experience in real estate, covering Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Organizational Development. Before her appointment as ALISI president, she was the general manager for five years. In her 12 years in ALISI, she led the team to grow from a P250m sales company to a P14 billion sales company this year, and from a 25-man organization, this has grown to 250 this year.

With more than 24 years of extensive experience in managing financial services and large customer service centers in global organisations, Samir builds strong learning culture and leadership development, creating centers of excellence in different countries. He has lived in the Philippines for 7 years, and held executive roles building the footprints in financial services offshore delivery for large global banking firms.
