Countryside Angels quarterly meeting to be held on Thursday, February 16th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm featuring Seedsheet, Stock Cropper, and the 2023 AgLaunch "Mini Fund". The meeting will be held via Zoom (see the details below).

Stock Cropper Inc​. is poised to take advantage of the growing demand for regenerative agriculture practices. The company's innovative "ClusterCluck Barn" system merges traditional and modern farming techniques to create a diversity of plants and animals, all raised on the soil. The barns are autonomous, solar-powered, and can be monitored and controlled through a mobile app. The ClusterCluck Barn system is scalable, from backyard poultry to small- and large-scale regenerative production. With four prototype barns produced since 2020, a manufacturing and engineering partnership with Dawn Equipment, and a recent win at the University of Iowa Venture School Entrefest, Stock Cropper has established a strong foundation for growth.

2023 AgLaunch "Mini Fund" - The Countryside Angels (CA) are about to embark on a one-of-a-kind investment opportunity. Seven companies have been selected to join the AgLaunch 365 program from a pool of applicants from seven countries and 25 U.S. states. The startups were thoroughly evaluated by an AgLaunch farmer panel, who spent a combined 150 hours reviewing each company based on the value of its technology to the industry and its potential impact on their own farms. Through this cohort, CA members will have the chance to diversify their angel investment portfolios by spreading their investment across all seven companies. AgVA believes this will be an attractive option for members seeking diversity in their investments. This first meeting will serve as an introduction to the companies and an overview of the investment structure.
