• Baked Clams with Parmesan, Parsley & Pancetta
• Shaved Prosciutto, Soppressata, Grana Padano, Taleggio, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Assorted Olives

Carved:

• Porchetta with Cocktail Rolls and Calabrian Chili Aioli

Pasta:

• 5 Cheese Ravioli with Spinach & Mushroom Ragu
• Cavatelli with Italian Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, Tomatoes, and Basil Pesto

Dessert:

• Zabaglione & Fresh Berry Parfaits
• Amaretto Affogato
