Frank V. Carbonetti, Esq. is a criminal defense attorney and partner at the law firm of Lucianna & Lucianna, P.A. located in sunny Hackensack, New Jersey. He has served on both the Bergen County Ethics Committee and Criminal Practice Committee in Bergen. Frank has been practicing and driving prosecutors crazy for the past 23 years (fun fact: his grandfather worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in Bergen in the 1960s). He is a graduate of Stockton University with a B.A. in Political Science and received his law degree from Syracuse University.

Claressa Lowe is an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Bergen Trial Region of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, where she represents indigent clients charged with felonies ranging from drug possession to murder. Claressa is a member of the Bergen County District Ethics Committee; and co-chair of the Bergen OPD internship program. She is also an adjunct ESL professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Claressa is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and received a B.A. degree in English from Morgan State University.

Judge McGrogan worked as a registered nurse for 15 years before graduating from Rutgers Law School in 1992. She clerked for the Honorable Jonathan Harris, then assigned to the Criminal Division, followed by a career in private practice and with Legal Services of New Jersey. Judge McGrogan served as a Deputy Attorney General for 11 years before she was appointed to the bench in 2010. Since then, she has served for 5 years in the Family Division and 7 years in the Criminal Division.

Anthony Talarico is an Assistant Prosecutor at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office where he currently serves in the Narcotic Task Force and as the chief legal advisor to the North Jersey Regional Cold Case Task Force. His previous assignments include the Major Crimes Unit and Trial Section Team Leader. Anthony serves as a co-chair of the BCBA Criminal Practice Committee and is an instructor at the Bergen County Police Academy. He clerked for the Honorable Ellen Koblitz, J.A.D., and is a graduate of Fordham University (where he was the “Fordham Ram”) and Rutgers Law School.
