Lindsay Jackson grew up in Mount Vernon, NY and ventured out of the small town to attend Delaware State university and earned her BA in Psychology. With compassion in her bones, Lindsay began her work in the field of human services and discovered her fervency for empowering others, especially those responsible for the therapeutic treatment and care for others. This passion has been a conduit to her work in trauma-informed care, crisis management and professional development.

In navigating many roles, Lindsay is now a consultant who supports companies, teams and individuals in creating a culture that is in alignment the company's mission, vision, and values. This requires systems to be modified, norms to be reestablished, and relationships to be reframed. She taps into her understanding of trauma-informed care and human behavior to help the organization's employees leverage their energetic channels, shift perspectives in diverse area of their life at a personal and professional capacity, and optimize their productivity.

Additionally, Lindsay is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor who uses the opportunity to educate organizations, communities, individuals and the people who love them. Lindsay has the ability to bring fun, learning, and the discussion of sensitive topics together in one room.
