This module provides a structured understanding of supply chain planning, covering key processes such as demand planning, inventory management, master planning, and materials requirement planning (MRP). Participants will gain insights into best practices in planning and control, with discussions on forecasting principles, inventory strategies, production scheduling, and materials planning.

To reinforce learning, the training includes practical exercises designed to help participants apply forecasting techniques, assess forecast accuracy, and explore methods for improving supply chain planning and execution.

He brings deep expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, shared services operations, and digital transformation. He has built and led high-performing teams, delivered projects across Asia, and collaborated with stakeholders in Europe and North America. Currently with Anaplan, he leads global certification programs and previously served as a Solution Architect supporting enterprise planning transformations. He is also a passionate educator, with more than a decade of designing and delivering supply chain training programs with the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia (PASIA), helping organizations enhance their capabilities through practical, industry-relevant learning.
