Event Details

An altitude of cultural humility and cultural competence is helpful when working with a diverse population and shows that "one size" does not fit all. In this program we will discuss the importance of addressing diversity among those living with dementia, and how their cultural past may influence how they live in their new world.



1.0 ETHICS/CULTURAL COMPETENCY CE Credit will be awarded to Illinois nurses, social workers, professional counselors and nursing home administrators.
