Davao LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Roundtable Powered by OP360 is on November 21, 2023, 3:00- 7:00 PM at the 9F OP360 Office, Damosa Diamond Tower, Damosa IT Park, JP Laurel Avenue, Lanang Davao City.

With the theme: PANAGHIUSA: Call for solidarity and unity towards safe and inclusive workplace for the LGBTQ+ in Mindanao 

It offers you the chance to network with other like-minded professionals and advance your knowledge and expertise in relation to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. It is an engaging listening session to hear the practices, challenges and success of the LGBTQ movement in Mindanao and particularly in the workplace.



The goal of the roundtable is to

• Develop knowledge and understanding of workplace difficulties and LGBTQ+ concerns in Mindanao
• Offer participants the opportunity to network for the purpose to forge strategic alliances, increase cooperation, and solidify friendships within the LGBTQ+ ecosystem.
• To build greater awareness of PFIP in Mindanao and potentially attract new member companies (local and multinational) to join PFIP
• Launching the PFIP Playbook​-​ our research guide that will help workplaces to build safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ workers, this research is in partnership with the Kingdom of Netherlands and the University of the Philippines- Center for Women and Gender Studies
