Jemai has been in the Talent Development industry for 18 years now and has trained over 13,000 employees from different industries. She has developed and facilitated workshops and training focused on leadership and management, personality development, customer service, change management, and team building. She is certified in Learning Design and Evaluation from Ateneo Cord and is well-versed in rapid instructional designing, applied improvisation, and training styles. Currently, she is leading FDG Innovations Inc., a training and software distributor company, as its president while still serving as the HR Director and Vice President of FDG International Corp.

She completed her Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management in Miriam College and was a part-time faculty for the Business Administration Department of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC). As an active member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD), she contributes as one of the facilitators for its Master Trainer Certification program. At the same time, she is also active in the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and has been awarded the rank of Associate Fellow for People Management (AFPM) under its Philippine Society of Fellows (PSOF).
