This class will focus on making effective strategic decisions at the team and company level. The group will learn the benefits of critical thinking and making decisions that lead to long term success and accomplishment of goals. 

  • Explore what drives us to make rushed or poorly thought-out decisions and discuss potential strategies to avoid these pitfalls.
  • Practice using a variety of problem-solving tools to help drive results.
  • Analyze and apply strategic thinking processes that are aligned with corporate goals and missions.

Recommended Audience:

Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, Operations, Project Engineers and All Other Leadership Roles
