During this event we will discuss the practical implications of directors' fiduciary duties in the context of climate change, including not just the direct litigation risk to boards, but also potential indirect reputational and financial risks.

We will also discuss the extent to which fiduciary duties owed by investors may be a legal lever for addressing climate change. In addition to evaluating these risks, we will consider opportunities and how to ensure that fiduciaries can take bold climate action without breaching their legal duties.
