We are arranging a webinar for DMET alumni on 11th July 2020 and we have invited Dr. KK Sharma (Managing Director of Comaea Consulting Singapore and Alumni of DMET) and Mr. David Miller (Managing Partner of Miller | Hunter, Beijing) to organize an exclusive panel discussion on:
"Sourcing and Selecting Talent: Current Trends and Practices"
The topics covered are:
• Defining competence; Importance of soft skills
• Sourcing and selection: Role of CV and sourcing channels
• Trends and practices: Managing digital and social presence
• Q&A
The session would be for 90 minutes on a zoom call with the last 20-30 minutes devoted to Q&A.
