This course focuses on the importance of docket research for a federal government. We will explore best practices for utilizing available docket resources.

We'll also review topics that are essential for federal government attorneys, such as: locating dockets using various types of information; maintaining awareness of case status and filing trends; searching for filings of a certain type and/or containing certain language; and finding dockets in which parties, attorneys, and judges were involved.
