    Melusi Maposa is the CEO of Tsebo Cleaning, Hygiene, and Pest Control Solutions, where he applies his extensive business acumen to lead and differentiate the division in a competitive market.

    In his previous role as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Tsebo Solutions Group, Melusi played a crucial role in driving the company to record-breaking sales growth over the past three years.

    Before joining Tsebo, Melusi served as Managing Director of Accenture's Africa Utility practice, where he established himself as one of South Africa’s foremost energy experts. His diverse career portfolio includes strategic leadership roles in IT, innovation management, and digital strategy implementation, showcasing his ability to drive business transformation across various industries.

    Melusi holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, underpinning his strong technical and financial expertise.

Aubrey was subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer of TFS in 2014 and led TFS’ operational expansion for Barclays, SCB and Citibank across Africa Middle East.
