Event Details

This training provides an overview of the most popular types of drugs and paraphernalia, their methods of use, and their effects on the human body. New trends and methods of readily available intoxicants will also be discussed.


As a result of this session, participants will be able to:

· Recognize the dangers associated with abuse of narcotics, prescription drugs, synthetic/designer drugs & alcohol.

· Identify paraphernalia used to introduce drugs & alcohol, including opiates, marijuana, PCP, cocaine, amphetamines, meth amphetamines, ecstasy etc.

· Describe the processing method for preparing controlled substances for human ingestion
