The Belgian Embassy, in collaboration with the Belgian Chamber of Commerce, is happy to invite you to an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones.
So please join us in the garden of the Embassy of Belgium in Pretoria, on Saturday 23rd March, from 09:00.
This event is by invitation only, so confirm your attendance and the number of children that will participate in the Egg hunt by Monday 18 March at the latest.
Don't forget to bring an Easter basket/bag to collect the Easter eggs.
PARTICIPATION FEES:
Adult: R 100
Kids 6-12 years: R 75
Kids < 6 years: free
(includes 1 Easter bag per kid, waffles, warm drinks, juice for the kids, water and entertainment).
! Payment to be received by Monday 18/03/2024 at the latest to confirm participation (no payment = no confirmation).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Registration starts at 9.00am - egg hunt will start at 9.30 sharp.
Egg hunt is strictly reserved for children up to 12 years old.
You can bring your own picnic blankets and camping chairs.
The kids will collect plastic eggs in the garden - they will exchange them against an Easter party pack with chocolate goodies.
