Alison Glober, Partner, Advisory Services, KPMG in Canada. Alison is a Consulting Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Toronto office with over 20 years of experience leading large transformational initiatives across numerous industries. She has extensive experience that spans the M&A lifecycle, having advised clients on corporate carve-outs, Day 1 planning, TSA planning, post-merger integration, divestitures, IPOs and internal restructuring. She has a proven track record of successfully assisting client teams and executive leadership with both enhancing governance (boards and C-Suite) and value creation, focusing on the attainment of their objectives.

Alison is also a Co-Chair of KPMG’s Network of Women (KNoW) in the GTA, a locally-driven network, designed to contribute to the retention and acceleration of high performing women. KNoW focuses on three priorities at KPMG: create a community for women in the GTA; understand and respond to the unique needs of our women; and, activate our firm-wide commitments to women.

Debora is a global tech-savvy corporate director with over 30 years’ experience in innovation and sustainability within Financial Services, Technology and Supply Chain. She is a steward for the future in emerging innovations within all aspects of digital transformation and governing the use of artificial intelligence. She is driven by her passion to demonstrate a diverse perspective on how technology and people can be leveraged to create purposeful outcomes, for all Stakeholders.

Debora is currently serving on the boards for Circular Rubber Technologies [Chair], Bank of Canada, and Canadian Light Source.

Sandra joined OPTrust in 2012 and is responsible for jointly managing the Private Markets Group, as well as overseeing the global private equity program.

OPTrust’s private equity program includes fund commitments, co-investments and direct transactions and focuses on middle market investments in predominantly developed markets, globally.

Prior to joining OPTrust, Sandra spent over twelve years at EdgeStone Capital Partners, Inc., a Canadian-based middle market private equity manager, with her last role as President and Managing Partner. Before joining EdgeStone, Sandra started her career in investment banking. She is a member of the Board of Directors of various OPTrust portfolio companies and is also a member of the Board of Directors of dentalcorp Holdings Ltd (DNTL -T) and Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). She was recognized as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women in both 2017 and 2020 by Women’s Executive Network.

Tamara Finch is Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Sponsors at TD Securities. Tamara leads a high performing investment banking team responsible for being a trusted advisor to Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Canadian Pension Plan investors across LBO, M&A, IPO and financing mandates. In her 20+ years of private equity, investment and corporate banking experience, Tamara has built a reputation for being an entrepreneurial change agent, building trust, achieving consensus, and driving value.
