How do children's book editors work with authors and illustrators, and how do they choose which books to publish? In this informal virtual chat with Autumn Allen (senior editor at Barefoot Books) and Nivair Gabriel (editor at Albert Whitman & Company), you'll get a glimpse into the editorial process and have a chance to pick two editors' brains!
