This in-person event in Calgary, Alberta will focus on Elevating Your Board Effectiveness and provide practical insights and tools to empower women leaders with the skills and confidence to lead and serve on boards. The presentation will be facilitated by Deborah Rosati, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D, GCB.D, CCB.D, Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board Inc. and will include breakout groups and networking. A light breakfast will be served.

    Meghan started her career with BMO Private Wealth as Vice President and Senior Private Banker in Calgary, Alberta. Since then, Meghan has held numerous roles in BMO Private Wealth, including Vice President & Regional Director, Prairies and National Director, Ultra High Net Worth, Canada before taking a role in 2015 with National Bank to lead its Private Bank for Western Canada.

    In 2019, Meghan returned to BMO to lead the unified Private Banking and Nesbitt Burns businesses as Regional President, BMO Private Wealth for the Prairies market, which includes Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Meghan assumed the Co-Head role for BMO Private Wealth Canada in June 2022.
