Deborah Rosati is an accomplished corporate director, business-savvy entrepreneur and a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant with over 35 years of high-growth and transformational leadership experience in the technology, consumer, retail, cannabis, life sciences, private equity, and venture capital industries. Deborah has served as Chair of Audit Committee for five public companies, a Lead Director and Chair of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee for a public company and served on several Special Committees of the Board for a range of mandates (including going public, going private, M&A, restructuring and special investigations). Most recently, she served as Chair of the Special Committee for a going private transaction.

Meghan is a Co-Head, BMO Private Wealth Canada, responsible for advancing BMO's Private Wealth business in Canada by driving new business, expanding client relationships, and fostering partnerships across BMO while supporting clients and Private Wealth professionals.

Meghan started her career with BMO Private Wealth as Vice President and Senior Private Banker in Calgary, Alberta. Since then, Meghan has held numerous roles in BMO Private Wealth, including Vice President & Regional Director, Prairies and National Director, Ultra High Net Worth, Canada before taking a role in 2015 with National Bank to lead its Private Bank for Western Canada.

In 2019, Meghan returned to BMO to lead the unified Private Banking and Nesbitt Burns businesses as Regional President, BMO Private Wealth for the Prairies market, which includes Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Meghan assumed the Co-Head role for BMO Private Wealth Canada in June 2022.
Meghan is a Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Planner and Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner. She is a board member and sub-committee member of various Private Family Foundations.
