Anna Carmi Calsado-Amoroso is a senior associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Dispute Resolution Practice Group and Immigration Practice Group. She is experienced in handling matters regarding corporate insolvency (rehabilitation and liquidation), intra-corporate disputes, tax evasion, immigration, corporate and bank receivership, specific performance and damages, and contempt, among others. She teaches Agency, Partnership and Trusts at the Far Eastern University School of Law.

Carmi’s practice focuses on general dispute resolution and litigation, insolvency, corporate disputes and immigration. She has represented and advised individual and corporate clients regarding immigration, civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal litigation matters. She has advised clients from the chemical, BPO, petroleum, banking, real estate, and mining industries as well as government agencies.

Patrick Henry Salazar is a senior associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Employment Practice Group. He has six years of experience advising clients on general employment matters. He graduated class valedictorian from the University of the Philippines - College of Law, and placed 6th in the 2012 bar examinations.

Patrick's practice focuses on collective bargaining agreement negotiations, labor standards compliance, termination procedures, and reviews of various employment documents. He also handles labor litigation matters. His practice spans several industries, including healthcare, consumer goods & retail, industrials, manufacturing, transportation, and technology, media & telecommunications.
