    Erica Curry is Senior Principal Compliance Specialist with Discover Financial Services where she is leading compliance initiatives within the payment services sector. Erica has over sixteen years of experience in the banking and financial services industries where she has specialized in auditing, exam management, and a number of regulatory initiatives, and advisory work withing Home Lending, Payment Services, and Cards and Merchant Services.

    In addition to her hands-on contributions to organizational success, Erica an accomplished Compliance and Risk Management expert, change agent, and sought-after speaker on topics including leadership and emerging trends in Risk Management and Compliance. Erica is currently an American Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference Advisory Board Member and a member of NABCRMP Examination and Audit Committee.

    Priscilla Habeeb Sankar is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer in Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Compliance group, where she is responsible for operations, strategic initiatives and regulatory reporting. She is also the Head of Wealth Management Privacy Compliance, where she advises on Privacy & Data Protection related matters.

    Priscilla joined Morgan Stanley in November 2010 as a Consultant in the Private Banking Group in Wealth Management Legal. She has held various roles in the division, including advisory coverage for FA and Client Communication Platforms (e.g. social media), Choice Select Program, and Service Level Agreements for the U.S. Banks.

    Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Priscilla interned with a subsidiary of the DOL, and has been an academic tutor for high school students on college entrance exams.
    Priscilla is currently the Chair for the LCD Women’s Inclusion Network, a Board Member for the Children’s Scholarship Fund, and on the PTA for the Long Beach Regional Catholic School.
    She graduated with a B.S in Finance and Pre-Law from Pace University, and holds credits from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and Yale University. She also is CIPP/US certified from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

    Priscilla resides in Long Island, NY with her husband and three daughters.

    Jacqueline Parker is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America and an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She has spent her career as a strategic adviser for domestic and international financial institutions and companies offering consumer and business products and services, including credit cards, mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, mobile payments, and deposit accounts.

    Professor Parker has significant in-house experience, having served in senior and executive roles at major financial institutions for almost two decades. In those positions, she provided counsel on innovative products and services, compliance, risk, and bank regulatory and enforcement actions.

    Most recently, Professor Parker was Deputy Director of Consumer Fairness at Citigroup, Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP, and Senior Vice President and Senior Fair Lending Counsel at Synchrony Financial. Prior to working in-house, Professor Parker advised on business and corporate transactions, and state and federal consumer financial services laws at several national law firms. Before attending law school, she provided financial services for consumer, small business and commercial customers at Maryland National Bank.
