The Equal@Work Platform is proud to present its 15th seminar on Operationalizing Intersectionality: Methods and Challenges. This two-day event will take place on:

  • December 18th for ENAR members, and
  • December 19th for both members and Equal@Work partners.

The seminar will delve into the crucial theme of intersectionality, aiming at fostering a deeper understanding of this concept while emphasizing its practical application in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) tools and practices in workplaces. Stay tuned for our upcoming detailed agenda, which will be shared in the coming days, revealing insights into our panelists, discussion topics, and interactive sessions.

Although we welcome all applications, the seminar specifically focuses on the experiences of organizations working on employment and we would like to prioritise individuals from this background. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive the confirmation email and information sheet by the 25th of November.
