This session reviews the strengths and weaknesses of ethical codes as well as state and federal laws related to workplace ethics. 

• Address the variety of ethical situations engineers and contractors are confronted with most often
• Determine the most important and relevant ethical codes that govern the construction industry
• Evaluate case studies in engineering ethics to help provide real-world examples of better ethical practices
