Post-Workshop Deliverables
Within 3-4 weeks, attendees receive:
- Digital Summary: Featuring CMF stories and trend insights.
- 16-Color Digital Color Card: Complete with NCS notations and sRGB values.
Accurate Color, Seamless Collaboration
To ensure a smooth collaboration experience, CMG encourages participants to submit colors with their original notations along with corresponding sRGB or Hex values. CMG also recommends bringing your color swatches and material/finish samples to enrich the discussion and enhance accuracy.

08:30-09:15 - Welcome and participants introductions.
09:15-11:00 - Participants presentations (audience takes notes/key words, identify recurring trends).
11:00-11:15 - Break.
11:15-13:00 - Brainstorming and discussions to determine three Color Stories.
13:00-15:00 - Lunch on location, followed by Kanyon Bicycles company tour and Showroom visit.
15:00-17:00 - Split in teams work, led by champions. Build the color stories, select colors, materials and finish, name colors. Color, material & finish selection is done in consideration of elements submitted by participants in the worksheets and not based on personal preferences.
19:30 - Dinner, Location to be confirmed (at own expense).

08:30-10:30 - Split teams continue group work. Break at champions discretion.
10:30-11:00 - Champions present Color Stories, selected colors, material & finish for each story. Facilitators check and confirm the selections are directional and appropriate.
11:00-13:00 - Color steering, and material & finish steering. Finalize color names. Select European Key Color.
13:00-14:00 - Lunch on location.
14:00 - Adjourn.

Conditions for Participation:
- Participation is necessary on both days at this event.
- Preparation is required prior to the Workshop. Upon registration, each participant is provided with CMG Workshop Template wich MUST be COMPLETED and SUBMITTED BACK BY APRIL 29, 2025, TWO WEEKS prior to the date of the Workshop. Participants who do not submit their completed Worksheets may forfeit their registration and a refund will not be offered.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing to CMG head office two weeks before the event date to qualify for a refund. Refunds will not be processed beyond this time.
A US$ 25 administrative fee will be deducted from all canceled registrations.
CMG Image Policy
CMG is required to make sure all images used to illustrate our forecasts are free from copyright infringement for the protection of our group and our individual members. Our Image Policy will be sent to you upon registration. Please note that images which are not cited and copyright free will NOT be submitted to the Workshop process.
