After experiencing a mini stroke at age 24 from severe burnout, mental health challenges and the obstacles faced in life from balancing a business and personal life, Chris can confidently say and showcase the impact of his discoveries and research in what makes someone survive or thrive in life.
From running his own businesses since 2014 he has had the opportunity to implement and practice tools that allowed him to thrive in life which allowed him to create sustainable and proven tools for corporate professionals to thrive in their mental and physical health in life and be listened to in over 42 countries through his podcast and work with shifting peoples perspective and health all around the world.
