Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, PE/VC firms in Myanmar are said to be still actively looking at listings and reverse takeovers of Myanmar assets as a potential funding/exit strategy. Despite the pandemic, the IPO market in some markets is generally holding up well. We wish to keep our investors, investee companies and our partners informed about the practicality of listing Myanmar assets in London, Yangon, Hong Kong and other selected Asian jurisdictions.
