Expand your Cultural Understanding Workshop @ Oomaero Paa

This waananga aims to expand understanding of some important cultural values, concepts and world views which underpin Te Ao Maaori. In particular, we will examine how tikanga and kawa guide practices, ways of being and doing, embedded with cultural values. The interactive waananga will provide opportunities to examine cultural identity, cultural heritage and access to Te Ao Maaori and the environment as the basis for flourishing as Maaori and non-Maaori in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
