Following the successful 2018 Development Tour to Chicago, the U40 Committee is excited to present the 2024 Development Tour to Los Angeles, featuring three days of expert insight into the development activities, planning policies, and social fabric that has made Los Angeles the vibrant city it is today along with ample opportunities to connect with your industry peers.

Thursday, September 19 – Day 1:


Evening: Welcome and Kick-off Reception (light refreshments and snacks)

The Welcome Reception will take place from 5-7pm. If you would like to take part in this event, please schedule your flight arrival time accordingly


Friday, September 20 – Day 2:

Project tours, and Dodgers baseball game.


Saturday, September 21 – Day 3:

Architectural tour and Farewell Reception (light refreshments and snacks)

The Farewell Reception will take place from 4-6pm.

- All tour planning and coordination

- Welcome Reception, transportation to Development & Project Tours, Dodgers Game, and Farewell Reception

Transportation

Transportation to/from Los Angeles is NOT included in the tour fee.

The Welcome Reception will take place from 5-7pm and the Farewell Reception will take place from 4-6pm. If you would like to take part in these events, please schedule your flight times accordingly


Accommodation

There will be a group block set-up at Level Los Angeles Downtown South Olive​. 

1 bedroom suites are available at $279+tax USD and 2 bedroom suites are available at $339+tax USD, all room rates are based on single/double occupancy.
