Leveraging Technology to Increase Accessibility to Services
The landscape of Human Services has changed drastically in the last three (3) years. More individuals and families are seeking services and the field is experiencing an unprecedented staffing crisis. Many employers are struggling to fill vacancies resulting in long delays in service delivery. Providers are challenged to find new methods of providing services to larger numbers of individuals with fewer resources. By leveraging technology, providers can begin to connect with more people, provide services to those who do not typically engage in services, and revolutionize how case management services are provided.
