Dr. Fermin D. Adriano is a highly accomplished academician, scholar, writer, and policy adviser to key government officials. He was policy adviser to successive Secretaries of Agriculture, Secretary of Agrarian Reform, and successive presidential assistants/advisers for Mindanao, and Press Secretary. Dr. Adriano once served as Information Director of the UP System, and Vice-Chancellor of UP Los Banos. He writes a weekly column for the Manila Times and had published several scholarly books.

Prior to his current role, he has served in various leadership capacities in the media, advertising, and digital spaces, having been the Country CEO of Dentsu Aegis Philippines, Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, Managing Director of MRM Manila, and CEO of Yehey Corporation and Media Contacts Manila. He is also serving as a reservist in the Philippine Air Force, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and is now the Group Commander of the 12th Air Force Group Reserve, graduating in CGSC Class 67 as the best NRI.

Mona Magno-Veluz is the National Spokesperson of the Autism Society Philippines (ASP) and the concurrent Country Manager for the ASP Autism Works economic empowerment program. She was the longest-serving National President of the ASP, from 2013 to 2023. She worked towards advanced degrees in Business Administration, Applied Business Economics, and Strategic Market Communications. Drawing from her diverse experience as a corporate communications and talent acquisition professional in the telecommunications and technology industries for 30 years, she designed and engineered national advocacy initiatives that continue to build institutional mechanisms to empower persons on the autism spectrum and those who care for them. She is propelled by her love for her family, as a mom to three adult children. Her eldest child is on the autism spectrum.

A strategic finance and operations executive with deep roots in technology, consulting, marketing, brand development and business transformations. She is an accomplished communicator with investors, vendors, media, partners and customers; a proven builder of high-performance teams.
