She exited the corporate world after 24 years to pursue purpose in helping high-achieving, ambitious women 40 & beyond, who are living stressful lives, in the pursuit of true fulfillment & craving meaningful transformation, to conquer challenges, break through barriers, smash goals, & pull triggers to experience
extraordinary outcomes!

As much as LaShawna loves the beauty industry, she truly believes that Beauty is an Inside Job, and wants to UPshift lives with the elevated mindset to 'live from the inside out'. She educates them how to reprogram their mind & shift from living in their daydreams to living the LIFE OF THEIR DREAMS as they get in alignment with the assignment God has for their lives.

LaShawna works with individuals, groups, and organizations to amplify their consciousness to STRESS to proactively nurture their mental, and emotional health which empowers them to become the HIGHEST version of themselves via speaking at events (in-person or virtually), coaching, workshop facilitating,
or panel discussions.

Dana Watson aka Coach Dana W. is a native of Norfolk, VA. She is the owner of Elev8te Health & Wellness, LLC, a restorative practice that focuses on holistic health. Coach Dana has a B.S. and Master's degree in Human Services Counseling, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Christian Counseling. In 2019, Coach Dana received her Certification in Health and Life Coaching through Health Coach Institute (HCI). Being an avid learner, she continued her studies and completed her Mastery level courses for transformational coaching in June 2020.

Coach Dana's primary focus is working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by stress in their health, business, and relationships. After her mom passed away from liver cancer, she decided that she wanted to become a health coach to help others learn how to heal from the inside out to reach their health goals; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Losing her mother caused intense stress in her life, which is the reason why she pushes for self-care. She has helped her clients achieve their goals by assisting them with weight loss, maintaining and controlling their blood pressure and diabetes, and replacing emotional eating with healthy coping skills. Coach Dana has facilitated several groups including healing groups, weight loss groups, and self-love groups for teenage girls. With over 18 years of working in the counseling field, she enjoys helping others and she is confident that this is her true purpose.

As a published author of several books, Coach Dana has expanded her coaching business to include writing services; coaching individuals on how to become published authors. She has also recently launched the "I-Am-Healed" Academy, which includes self-paced courses on healing from emotional trauma and a certification program for healing/trauma coaches. Her ultimate desire is to help others turn their pain into their purpose and a profitable business.
