This session will cover how forecasting costs accurately is an essential Project Management skill necessary for projecting a project's anticipated profit (or loss). The session topics will include:

  • Best practices for setting up, managing, and forecasting labor, material, and subcontractor costs
  • How to create and utilize a change order matrix as a road map for all changes on a project
  • How forecasting labor properly begins with the estimate and tips for breaking down a project for accurate tracking

Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Labor Management Roles
