You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025, where we will reflect on the activities and achievements of the GBA in 2024. During this event, we will also elect new members for the GBA Board 2025. The AGM 2025 will be organized simultaneously in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with the following details:
GBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
- Date: Monday, 20 January, 2025 | Time: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Locations:
○ HANOI: Pan Pacific Hanoi - Hoi An Room, 2nd Floor (See on map)
○ HCMC: Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City - Conference Center, 2nd Floor (See on map)
***The meetings in the two cities will be virtually connected through a seamless video link.

- Participation in the AGM is free exclusively for GBA's corporate member representatives, and registration is compulsory.
- LE Corporate Members can register for up to four (4) participants, SME Corporate Members for up to two (2) participants.
- Registration Deadline: By 10 AM,Monday, 20 January 2025.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the Board Election:
- The voting procedure will be online. An e-voting access link will be provided to pre-registered Ordinary Members.
- Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another Ordinary Member to act on their behalf by proxy. All proxies must be written on the form (download here) and signed by the Corporate Representative or the Ordinary Individual Member.
- Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
- One voting Ordinary Member may hold up to a maximum of five (5) proxies, plus the one deriving from their own membership.
- The election will strictly follow the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with Article 6.
- Proxy Deadline: Please send the proxy to email maianh@gba-vietnam.org by 1PM, Friday, 17 January 2025.
***Note: According to Article 8.2 (e) in the GBA statutes, please notify in writing your proposals, suggestions, or amendments at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
