Sia is Chief Executive of the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) or AAIS, a not-for-profit organisation that represents the aerospace and unmanned aircraft systems industries in Singapore. Our vision is "an innovative aerospace community for a sustainable future."

Ian is currently the General Manager of Schaeffler Aerospace (Singapore) Pte Ltd where he manages a Part 145 MRO facility in Singapore and is responsible for the overall aerospace business strategy and development in Asia Pacific.

He has been in the commercial aerospace business since his graduation from National University of Singapore where he read Mechanical Engineering. He had worked for ST Engineering Aerospace and Satair (An Airbus Services Company) in both technical and commercial roles.

Evelyn is currently Business Development Manager at Solvay Composite Materials business unit. Solvay is an advanced materials and specialty chemicals company and the leading aerospace materials supplier with the broadest product portfolio.

In her current role, Evelyn facilitates the development & execution of Solvay Composite Materials Asia growth projects, both in aerospace & non-aerospace market segments. Evelyn relocated from Shanghai to Singapore in 2019 to support & strengthen growth in the South Asia region. She works also in support of Solvay Composite Materials’ global Strategic Growth initiatives of which urban or advanced air mobility is a strategic growth field.

Evelyn has previously worked in a sales development role and prior to that in a program management role in aircraft interiors within Solvay Composite Materials.
