Deborah Rosati is a valued Corporate Director, an accomplished business savvy Entrepreneur and a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant with over 35 years of high growth and transformational leadership experience in the Technology, Consumer, Retail, Cannabis, Life Sciences, Private Equity and Venture Capital industry sectors. Deborah currently serves on the board of directors of TAAL Distributed Information Technologies (CSE: TAAL) (an enterprise blockchain transaction processor) and Khiron Life Sciences (TSXV: KHRN) (a global cannabis medicinal company). Deborah previously served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lift & Co. (TSXV: LIFT). Deborah is also the Founder and CEO of Women Get On Board Inc. (WGOB), a 800+ member-based social purpose company that connects, promotes and empowers women to corporate boards.

Andrea Plotnick brings a unique lens to working with Boards and Executives through the combination of her Doctorate in Applied Social Psychology (specializing in Organizational Psychology) and over 30 years of consulting experience across the full Board and C-Suite lifecycle, including succession planning, assessment and onboarding, coaching and development, and optimizing Board/top team effectiveness. As President of AP Board and Executive Solutions, she focuses on unleashing Board and Executive potential and enhancing effectiveness and impact. Previously, she was the North American Practice lead for Assessment, Succession and Analytics at LHH Canada, a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, and the National Expertise Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Hay Group. She has past board experience, is a past faculty member of the Directors College, and, in collaboration with Women Get On Board, she co-developed and co-delivered Getting Board Ready, a program focused on helping women land their first corporate board seat.
