We will begin by providing an update on Thailand's Foreign Income Tax and discuss the progress of the government in collecting worldwide income tax for expatriates and Thai citizens.

In the second part of the session, we will move beyond Personal Income Tax to discuss the recently enacted Top-Up Tax Emergency Decree B.E. 2024, a pivotal measure aligning Thailand with the OECD's Pillar II Global Minimum Tax Framework. This groundbreaking decree introduces a 15% global minimum tax for multinational enterprises (MNEs) and marks a significant step in global tax compliance.
