2024 has brought substantial changes to Thai tax legislation. The first steps implementing the OECD designed BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Sharing) Pillar 2 measures have been taken, including not only a minimum tax for large enterprises, but also the exchange of information with other participants of the framework.

Also, on the personal income tax side, loopholes are to be closed in order to assure the income of Thai tax residents is fairly taxed.

This seminar will explain the changes and what they mean for your business and you personally and will lay out strategies how to minimize the impact of new measures.
