Conflict and misunderstanding are inevitable and unavoidable at work. Poor communication or interpersonal tension can easily cause simple disagreements to blaze up into resentment or worse. Conflict permitted to aggravate and grow will eventually reduce productivity and damage relationship with colleagues/customers. Various studies show that women handle conflict differently than men – for a variety of societal, psychological and emotional reasons. The challenge of conflict is how we choose to deal with it. Effective conflict management strategies are necessary.

GTCC Women Business Networking's topic "Conflict Management at Work" will give you the opportunity to exchange and share your opinion and strategies on conflict management. You will also learn from others' experiences in managing conflict in a professional setting. After all, our strong network of business women can give you the support to thrive and grow.
